Every withdrawal/ redeem on our platform involves the transfer of money from your Big Cash wallet to your bank/wallet account 
so, legally KYC becomes a mandatory requirement as proof of identity for hassle-free transfer.

If you are required to complete your KYC,
Step 1: Go to redeem page.
Step 2: Click on the KYC banner
Step 3: You will be redirected to a new page. Please fill in the required details and upload your PAN card. 
Step 4: Verification of PAN card Can take a maximum of up to 24 hours.

No, You cannot change or update your PAN card or KYC details once it gets verified.

After updating your KYC, you can withdraw/ redeem up to Rs. 50,000 in a single day as per your VIP level.

• Bank Account: No, you cannot change or update bank details once it gets verified.
• Paytm Number: Yes, you can change your Paytm number on the redeem page.
• UPI ID: Yes, you can also change your UPI ID on the redeem page while redeeming.
• NOTE: Paytm number and UPI ID can be associated only with one account and the name should be matched with the PAN card holder's name.

Yes, you can log in on two or more devices with the same account, however, the game can be played on 1 device only and the ID will be logged out from another device.

No, only people who are above 18 years of age with a sound mind are allowed to play on the Big Cash app.

The age-related criteria are to determine the eligibility of a new player. You will be eligible to join and can sign up only if you are above 18 years of age.

To delete your Big Cash account, please reach out to us through chat. We will then delete your account from our system.

The team will verify and will take up to 120 days to delete the account after the request is raised. If you log in within 120 days after raising the delete request, the delete request will be canceled.

If you have signed up on Big Cash via Facebook and choose to delete your Big Cash account, any data shared with Big Cash on your behalf from Facebook will also be deleted, if you request the same on the Big Cash chat inbox.
 

Big Cash user wallets are divided into 3 parts:  

a) Unutilized Wallet: This wallet reflects the amount deposited in your wallet by you for participating in the games. This wallet is designed for you to enable participation in the games and therefore cannot be withdrawn. 

b) Bonus Wallet: The bonus amount is credited to this wallet. This wallet is designed for you to enable participation in the games and therefore cannot be withdrawn. 

c) Winning Wallet: The wallet reflects the amount won by the user by participating in cash games and the amount in this wallet can be withdrawn.
 

Yes, the winning amount is immediately credited to your wallet. In case of a technical glitch, it may take up to 24 hours for the money to reflect in your wallet.

Usually, the winning amount gets reflected instantly. But at times due to technical glitches, it takes a maximum of 24 hours to reflect the winning amount to your Big Cash wallet

Usually, the deposit amount gets transferred to your wallet instantly after the deposit. In some cases, due to some technical issues, it may take up to 24 hours for the money to reflect in your wallet. If the transaction has failed, the money is reversed to the source. However, if the balance is deducted and does not reflect in the wallet for more than 24 hours please reach out to us via Customer Chat Support. 

Viewing your transactions is very simple:

• Go to the menu by pressing the button present at the left top corner of the home screen of the Big Cash app.
• Now go into transactions.
• Now you can see all your transaction history.

• It is a monthly contest where you can earn some bonus by referring the Big Cash app to your friends or family and when they join and make their first transaction, they will also get the refer & earn bonus reward. Also, if they add cash, the referrer gets a cash benefit for that.
• By referring someone a user automatically becomes part of the monthly referral contest where some points are given according to the number of referrals and a cash prize is also given to the winners. (For more detailed information on this go to the refer and earn page in the app).

You can participate in the contest by referring to the maximum number of people. They should register through your link then only you will get the benefit of it. Also, the process should be genuine and if unfair means are used for this then the ID will be blocked automatically.

The Terms and conditions for referring and earning are as follows:

• The referrer must have joined using your personalized link.
• You will get a referral bonus when the user registers with his/her real Facebook account (with his/her device) on the App. You will get an amount whenever a user adds cash based on the current promotion.
• The referrer will get money only if the referral is logged in from their device.
• In case of multiple accounts with the same devices, the referrer, and referral both will be blocked & no bonus amount will be given to them.

Note: Users would be blocked if they try any tricks or hacks in referrals.

If you directly download the Big Cash app from someone’s referral link, the app will automatically detect the referral code of the referrer. So, you don’t need to enter it manually.

Yes, you can redeem your referral bonus to your Bank account through UPI or Paytm wallet.
The referral bonus is directly credited to your winning wallet and once your mobile number is verified you can follow the following steps to redeem/withdraw the referral bonus:

1.    Go to the redeem section.
2.    Choose an option to redeem (Paytm/UPI).
3.    Enter the amount.
4.    And tap on the Redeem button.

You can earn by inviting & earning in the following ways:

Yes, both of you can be on the same leaderboard, but you both have to invite others from your referral links provided by your respective app.

Yes, we charge a very nominal amount for processing your redemption request:

• A 9% processing fee is applicable if the user redeems below Rs.500/-
• A 5% processing fee is applicable if the user redeems Rs.500/- or above.

Yes, the redemption limits are as follows: 

• Non-VIP & VIP users can redeem once daily. 
• VIP Plus & Pro users can redeem twice & thrice in a day respectively.
• For users who have done their KYC verification, they can redeem a maximum of Rs. 50,000/- once daily.
• If you are a first-time user, you can redeem a minimum of Rs.50/-. After that, the minimum redemption amount is Rs.100/- for every user.

• The redeemed amount is reflected instantly in your bank/Paytm. In some cases of Banking issues, it may take up to 5-7 working days. 
• In case, the processing exceeds more than 7 working days then please contact us through Customer Chat support.

We process all redemption requests in real-time. Your money gets credited to your bank/Paytm account instantly in most cases.

You can redeem your winning amount:
1.    Either to your Paytm number (one number can be associated with one Big Cash ID only)
2.    OR to your bank account by providing a UPI ID.

• Sometimes it might take up to 5-7 business days for a UPI transaction to be reflected in your bank account. 
• Do not worry, if the transaction fails at any point the money will be deposited back into your Big Cash winning wallet within 7 working days.

Follow the following steps to check your redemption history:
1.    Go to the Big Cash menu
2.    Tap on the transaction
3.    You will then be redirected to the transaction page which has details of all of your transactions.
4.    Click on “redeem”, and then the popup will open having all the details of past redemption.

It usually takes up to 24 hours for the money to reflect in your Paytm wallet. If 24 hours have passed, please check if your Paytm KYC is completed or not. If it still needs to be completed, please complete your Paytm KYC and raise a new redeem request.
